Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

I have ordered 2 product from Savana ( under urbanic) I have reached out to them on the issue regarding my refund it's been over a week or two that refund amount has not been returned back the product is still in transit as mentioned by the customer service . I have mailed them regarding the issue they had spammed my mail with issue resolved ticket closed . You know how much your products do cost and how much money is being stucked.

I used to love Urbanic, but I've noticed significant changes recently. The collections no longer feel unique or classy, and the prices have become quite high while the quality and style seem to have declined. The new collection is particularly disappointing. As a loyal customer, I would suggest that Urbanic consider reintroducing more unique and classy collections at affordable prices. Additionally, implementing a more convenient exchange tab would greatly enhance the customer experience
