Cons: Dimensional weight pricing starts with small boxes, making it more expensive than competitors (ex. average sneakers box).

Id give 0 stars if i coud. They replaced their customer service which wasnt really helpful to begin with with ai that just responds with nonesense. Atp my packages worth several hundrets are pretty much stolen. The app is buggy af. Pretty sure they lost 2 of my packages and other 4 got stuck in customs bc their customs and their own website is bugged. I asked them to please keep my package and send it to geo later and ai answered me ofc. I asked for real person to confirm this. F BS srsly

Basically they do nothing for your money. I've applied my TaxID, invoice, other documents, but they can't even write how-to instruction with screenshots and examples to pass customs successfully. Spent several days already to somehow pay for customs (it is NOT CLEAR!!), parcel still not cleared, and they just send same emails again and again and again). Guys, have you tried to work a bit? At least to the point that your customers will understand what to do step by step?
