This portal is by far the worst I have ever use. It is very unfriendly. It is slow, it's hard to find information and it does not always work. 1st of all, the GUI is poorly built. Make it look friendly and easy to use. 2. Data is very slow. Take a long time to load and system error all the time. 3. Biometric login does not always come up. 4. No feedbacks to the hospital or builder. I guess they know it's bad. Take notes with other medical group portals. Cedar Sinai, UCI, etc.

Same experience as website, which is very poor itself, but without the added benefit of your favorite simple extensions that make browsing better. This is basically just a simple bookmark to the website. How about the ability to remember your user ID, or stay logged in for a few hours if security is needed, or add a pin for easy access after validating who you are using a private device?

If you have used MyChart by Epic that most California medical colleges use,Keck's is very different, but not in a good way. The layout and icons are nice and clear. But positives are limited after that. The message section is poor, frequency of it freezing is high, and makes you start over, may take 4-5x tries to get out 1 message. Linking to video telehealth, and your Dr actual receiving your message is also abysmal. When sending a message you have no idea if your Dr received it. Etc.
