About this app

Discover instant weather insights with RadarNow!®. Whether you're working outdoors, enjoying a bike ride, or keen on staying updated on the current weather, RadarNow!® offers accurate, real-time animated NOAA radar images and up-to-the-minute conditions to keep you informed.

RadarNow!® displays the latest National Weather Service (NWS) radar images from NOAA WSR-88D NEXRAD and TDWR sites across the US Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, and selected regions in Mexico and the Caribbean. With optional location services on, RadarNow!® automatically displays radar data from the site nearest to you when you open the app. No searching for the weather near you, RadarNow!® drops a blue dot to show you where you are, with the weather nearby shown from the closest radar.

With RadarNow!®, you can access animated radar and local conditions centered around your current location. For an enhanced experience with advanced features, consider the "RadarNow!® Lifetime" pass available at $12.99. You can explore these premium features with a complimentary 5-day trial.

RadarNow!® is dedicated to delivering the most accurate radar images, current conditions and hourly forecasts straight from NOAA's servers, ensuring you receive trustworthy data. For those interested in TDWR sites (higher resolution but shorter range), these are represented by aqua icons, easily selectable with a touch.

Stellar app. Absolutely worth the price of Pro version. Support this company! This is the weather app for accuracy. The only one I know of that shows moisture in the air (before rainfall) on radar. I don't use this app daily, but if there is any weather predicted, this is what I use to track rain or storms. It's just done right. It's not a pretty, fluffy app - which I like. It's displays information with no waste, no bloat.

I have been a trained weather spotter providing observations to the NWS, including by Amateur Radio, for ~ 30 years. I use a number of data sources to assess the status of weather conditions so that my reports of local visual observations, refered to as "ground truth" reports, are as timely and accurate as possible. RadarNow! provides a good, quick, view of both regional weather systems and local conditions. I particulary like it while traveling. It is one of two I have set for quick access.

Not really impressed. I normally use the weather channel app and hoped this would be an improvement. The resolution is not great. Seems to be blurry and/or pixelated. Needs a tutorial to explain some of the functions. The radar itself doesn't seem to be as good as the weather channel app. I downloaded a local news station app for the weather and radar and unfortunately it is better than radar now. I even opted for the lifetime paid version and the only difference I notice is it eliminates ads.
