Ratings and reviews

A pain in the neck. After adding a second admin, first admin is unable to (un)lock door from app. After deactivating 2nd admin to see if that fixed the issue, system throws an error when trying to reactivate 2nd admin. This is about the app. The lock suddenly stopped working; had to try multiple times to troubleshooting, including reconnecting the cable within. I wouldn't recommend this app or the lock.

This app has REALLY gone downhill. Back when it used to only control my lock it worked near perfectly. Since it's become the all in one home control app it barely works, sometimes. Locking via the app? Works less often than not. The logs? Laughably inaccurate. It's a shame because I like the lock but the app has become trash. If the mobile experience is an important part of your smart lock experience (and it should be, hence the "smart" part) this is not the app or product for you.

$200 for a deadbolt lock that fingerprint sensor never works on. Get a GHome instead, it's 1/3 the price and actually works, very well. Even when the UBolt works, which is rarely, it never works with multiple fingers, only the last one you added. Forgot to add, the ads in the app are intrusive and can't be turned off. I already bought your product, I'm definitely not buy more if I have to fight ads to use them.
