App stopped working for now reason. After wasting time uninstalling and reinstalling and dumping cache on the phone, I tried to login to their Website instead of the app and the site told me my password was expired. No offer to reset it. So I selected forgot password and it let me reset it to the same password again. Once I completed that then went back to the app, the app then let me log in. So the problem was their Servers and them suddenly deciding they didn't like my password.

Error is their favorite word. No matter what I try to do on the app, the response is "due to error." It states you can continue as a guest. Why would I want to do that when I have already saved all my information on the app. Also, if I enter as a guest, it isn't going to generate my boarding pass. I made sure to get to the airport with ample time to spare to make sure everything was taken care of.

I was going to leave a thorough review but it looks like other 1 star reviews capture my points. Can't make a reservation using voucher. Same generic error message for absolutely everything asking you to call. But you better have hours to spend waiting on eternal hold to get through. Wish I'd never transferred chase points to this joke of a carrier, and I've yet to set foot on one of their aircraft.
