Ever since the last update, the app takes forever to load and most of the time now it times out with an error. I even reached out to customer service, and all I was provided with for troubleshooting was to restart my phone and to delete and re-download the app. I have tried everything and am still having terrible issues with this app. It's very frustrating.

"an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" :) As though that's a circumstance I can accommodate when I need to know my balance. Going to switch banks as soon as I can. Edit: THE SUGGESTED HELP LINE DOES NOT LEAD TO AN AGENT :))))))))) Edit2: I tried reaching out through the chat line on the app, and they could only offer basic TS tips that ultimately did not work. Can't seem to login to their site on my browser either, as it just sits and spins when I get my info correct.

I had to deal with this bank because of my car loan. I wouldnt ever use it again. I was told it would be $7 charge to make a payment over the phone. Can't make payments online. Still being charged my last payment even tho i went in and paid it in full. I and was told they would send me a refund check and could not deposit directly in my account. Not helpful at all!
