Autoimmune paleo or the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) is a diet you follow for a certain period of time where the gut gets the optimal chance to heal. For 30-90 days, sometimes longer, you remove foods from your diet that are potentially allergenic and cross-react with other substances.
The AIP app contains food lists with over 600 approved and non-approved foods for the elimination phase of the Autoimmune Protocol. Filter by food category or search for a specific food.
-Green-labeled foods are okay to eat during the elimination phase.
-Red-marked foods are excluded during the elimination phase.
-Yellow-marked foods are okay to eat but it is good to limit your intake during the elimination phase.
The list is adapted to contain common foods you find in Sweden.
