The app is very hard to navigate and some options don't work. You select on an option and takes to to a different screen which then asks you to sign in even though I'm using the app. I needed to change the date of an engineer visit, it then opened up a web page asking me to sign in. I did this then selected change appointment, it just takes me to the time and no option to change it. Called call centre who wanted to talk me through changing appointment on line.... Why do you think I'm callin

In the palm of my hands huh? The app is so bad that it advertises itself in the app like they dont know your using the app so it's clearly just linked straight to the Web page not to mention you can't view what you've paid in account credit and 2 different billing screens one saying paid and one saying not paid this is the first month I've used this and I'm considering changing. what company can't process a payment and stop the direct debit if its been paid why is there even a pay early button

Having been a Virgin customer for around 19 years, I finally decided to move on for these reasons - old outdated business model that they push you to be on a complete package, I only want broadband now...but they still offer me 350 channels of rubbish - on giving notice of cancellation, the agent didn't actually cancel anything, so when phoned back 5 days later, no cancellation had been logged - the final bill was adjusted and refund of £34 is due, this takes FORTY days, yes 40 days Bye bye VM!
