App closes immediately upon opening. Tried fresh install and same error. Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled after reply from developer, and I dont think I got the desired result. App still gives error immediately after opening. 11/11/19: Retried the app after seeing a notice in VM on 17 Sept about a new version being released "soon", even though the app page has not shown an update since 2018. If there is an update, it is just as effective as the last update... Still not working.

Sorry to hear it Chris. We have released a new version today, and hope you will give it another try and let us know if you still have an issue, or if we've fixed the issue to your satisfaction. Update: We will try to emulate on a device like yours Chris and dig through our crash logs. Thank you for your feedback.

As an Executive Housekeeper I need to have more options than just status change. Big issue is when I change status the room number disappears and I cannot view or especially undo it. Being able to create a work order would also be very useful

The app never works! Our HK can not update the room status, the app will close when using, can not access the forecast - the app closes, the HK assignments do not match correctly and if you update a room status it does not show in the FD system. It has now been 3 months since my original review and the app STILL does not work at all! Do not waste your money, VM has poor tech support and customer service is a horse & pony show!
