I love the Washington Post and have a subscription. The app is pretty good, too. It's easy to save stories and the scrolling is good. My main issue with the app is that it is very sensitive interface. You can be reading a story and suddenly, if you touch the right side or the left side of the screen (even gently), you can suddenly jump to another story. It happens almost every time for me and I lose my place once I get back to my article.

Good content. Please disable side swiping. The swipe to the side feature is very irritating: you constantly switch stories unintentionally. I'm not sure why this is even a feature: when you are attempting to scroll down to continue reading a story you have a 50/50 chance of flipping to another unrelated story. I would like to disable it. I would like comments to be shown.

As far as news apps go, the Washington Post is well organized with good menu navigation to the various sections. Otherwise, it can be a little off-putting at first to flip up through one story at a time, but after a while I appreciated the focus that this type of presentation brings. The content speaks for itself. All-in-all this app is pretty good and, if you're going to read a newspaper on your phone, this is a decent way to do it. A version I use on my tablet is excellent.
