Another review for this horrific app, Oct 19, 2023: Aside from its crashing, I just updated it as I was prompted to and now all of my cup predictions are gone as well as the points I accumulated. What next?? FIX THIS!!!!!!!! This app crashes a lot. I get logged out then can't log back in. I keep getting messages saying to check my internet connection, which is BS. I don't have issues with any other apps or anything else on my phone so it isn't my internet. It's the app. It needs to be FIXED!

Terrible to sign up to. And afterwards: FIRST: It just stays locked on start screen and I can't get in. I sent an email and and got a long automatic email about everything rugby except the App. Said they may not be able to answer. Sent a message to the App developer and got no reply. So I uninstalled it. Worst experience ever. SECOND: I re-installed and it appears to be working fine!! Still keeping my rating low because of bad experience and until I see it fully working properly.

It's not a very well structured app. Content always moves to different places on the home screen. The stats and teams tab NEVER work... and those are only two tabs that I've tried accessing that read "content not available right now". Oh, and every time you want to watch a featured video, it asks you to log in. Why does it keep logging me out then? For such a high in demand app, the designers should've fixed all the issues well before the world cup started.
