They are just really bad delivery partners, every time they add false remarks and at the end product's delivery get cancelled. I have faced this many a times, nobody could help you if they don't want to deliver shipment that's it you won't receive it. Poor customer service. I will never rely on them again. Have to give one star otherwise it won't let me submit the review otherwise they don't deserve one star also.

Pathetic sevice no customer care service. Delay in email reply. No delivery of order just delaying day by day and at the end we have to cancel or they will cancel don't use this courier service. If there whold have been 0 rating I would have given it 0

Hope there was zero star, NEVER USE there SERVICE....the delivery was delayed for 10days, but the app showed the 1st day shipping status, after 12days it said lost in transit, customer care said would take another 5 to 6 days......worst service ever.. This is the third time shipping takes 10 to 12days frustrating.....that to a distance of just 400kms which I get over night.
