Ao remarcar uma viagem, mesmo que o valor da nova viagem seja inferior ao valor da viagem inicial, esta empresa cobra uma taxa altíssima alegando que se refere à diferença entre valores das passagens.

Olá! Sentimos muito por sua insatisfação. A taxa cobrada ao remarcar uma viagem é referente à diferença tarifária e às regras contratuais da compra original. Mesmo que o valor da nova viagem seja inferior, o cálculo pode incluir taxas administrativas. Agradecemos pelo feedback e estamos à disposição para esclarecer qualquer dúvida adicional.

Depois da última atualização o aplicativo não mostra as passagens compradas recentemente com QR code, ficou confuso.
