The Var Group Digital Security DSD App offers an integrated view of all the services and information relating to the security status of your systems, providing mobile access to the information present in the DSD portal (https://myportal.dsec.it /).
Digital Security Desk is the communication channel that facilitates the management of all existing relationships with Var Group Digital Security, from contractual information to operational topics such as the management of reports or other communications of a technical nature, with a unitary approach that offers a personalized digital experience, fast and intuitive.
Through the mobile app you have access to information such as:
- system security status
- support tickets
- alerts on potential cyber attacks
- security reports
- profile and contractual deadlines
- service activation status
FUNCTIONALITY
The App is characterized by various sections in which the user can view both global and specific information of his organization:
- MAP: 3D interactive component that quickly and intuitively shows the security events that impact on the user's organization
- SOC: summary information on security events reported by the SOC (Security Operation Center), as well as statistics and KPIs on the service provided and the technological platforms in use
- CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence): summary information regarding notified events, as well as statistics and KPIs with data obtained both from the TI platform and from the activities carried out by - analysts
- NOTIFICATIONS: list of recent notifications related to the organization
- CONTRACTS: access to active contract data
- LATEST NEWS: to stay informed on the latest cyber security news released by Yarix and Digital Security communication channels
