Pretty worthless. Can't add the printer at all, won't connect to wifi, which appears to be required even though it says it's connected and paired to Bluetooth. Of course, none of this matters as I've found out, since you can't use it to create or edit labels from your phone or tablet in the first place. You can only create or edit labels from a PC or Mac. Brilliant! 🙄 I bought this for mobile labeling of pallets and containers with 4x6 labels, which this is useless for. Go elsewhere.

Try something else! For a printer and company that advertises itself as a no nonsense always printing printer I sure do have problems... For a week now every time I swap label cartridges it doesn't recognize I've actually changed sizes. Wastes time and labels deleting and rebooting everything. Now, the app has kicked me out and every time I try to log in the app crashes... Picked this one because I wasn't supposed to have problems and this has caused me much irritation.

Total Frustration. I am trying to be postive but the app won't connect to the printer. Login goes round and round. I bought the zsb for ease of use. It's currently of no use to me at all. I have Bluetooth connectivity but that is useless without the app login working. This seems to be a common problem judging by some of the reviews I've read. I'm pleased some people are doing weIl with the printer though. I'm sending mine back and buying another model from a different company.
