App needs fixing. most of the time I'm waiting for my scheduled ride, and it doesn't show up. I end up calling and asking for a follow up and it somehow got canceled through the app when I never canceled. or it never went through the system, and lately been having double dispatched calls. seems like something is always wrong with the app now. better off just calling the number. til it's fixed.

The app (Android) is super bad. Ultimately, I request a ride but it just loads / spins saying that it's looking for a driver. I never get confirmation that a driver is on the way. Sometimes the driver shows up sometimes the ride is canceled. It's pretty frustrating. If I didn't have a corporate account that pays for my cab rides, I definitely stick with Uber a Lyft. Way better systems. The drivers are always fine, the cabs are fine. They just really have to step there game up when it comes to t

It takes multiple tries to actually get someone to pick you up. Once, I had been assigned to a driver and I watched him drive around for 15 minutes clearly taking multiple other customers to their locations before the app cancelled my request. When I tried again, the second driver at least called to warn me he had other customers and to try cancelling and trying again. Twice it's claimed my ride is completed before pick-up. Also, the price it shows is wrong, the actual amount is more expensive.
