About this app

The new Itea App allows you to consult your contracts, check the status of your invoices and receive
communications sent by Itea Spa. You can also quickly and safely report any faults in the
common parts of the building or apartment where you live, upload the photos and check where yours is
report. All directly from your mobile.
With the Itea App:
CONSULT THE CONTRACT AND YOUR DOCUMENTATION
You can access your leases and, in one place, quickly and easily find all
information and documentation useful for your practices and your home (username, housing code, etc.).
CHECK YOUR INVOICES
You have all your invoices available and with one click you can check the status of payments.
RECEIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Read from your mobile phone the communications received by Itea Spa, a signal and a notification warn you every time
that there is a new message or document for you.
REPORT A FAILURE OR A PROBLEM
Fill out a "pre-ticket" to report a fault or a problem regarding maintenance or
livability, you can also upload photos (max 3). Enter the required information these will be screened by
Itea Spa contact center and, if validated, will be registered in the system and therefore sent to the technician of
competent maintenance or the liveability area. Only the reports that are
under the responsibility of Itea Spa and not those relating to maintenance by the user.
PLEASE NOTE: For urgent reports it is recommended to contact the contact center immediately
will register the report, while for reports via the app the immediate is not guaranteed
registration and fulfillment.
FOLLOW THE STATUS OF YOUR REPORT
You can check and monitor, directly from your smartphone, at what point the report is: if it has been
registered, taken over by the competent area technician and resolved.
