For dozens of languages, Microsoft Translator has voice, text, and image translation modes. What else could you possibly require? I haven't tried the conversation mode yet. This app also appears to be more precise than Google Translate. What it lacks are dialect modes, such as the t-vos dialectical distinction in Spanish, and some important languages, such as Latin. There is also transliteration available.

So far very impressed! It's tough to find a great translator, especially Hungarian! Trying Hungarian, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Japanese, & Simplified Chinese to start. Input by keyboard, pictures, or voice. It reverse translates all languages. So far appears to be pretty accurate (we'll see what Mom thinks of the Hungarian). I've not run into any technical problems yet, other than finding the right security settings to allow the WiFi download of the different offline dictionaries.

I had this app for several years and it served its purpose well. I paid 15 euros for the app, and now you want 4.99 per month. Sorry, but I don't really require your app. I agree with the other reviews about providing payment information before trying the free version, which does not work as well as the Pro-Version, and why would anyone want to pay 4.99 a month before even trying the version they want? I'd be willing to pay a one-time fee for life......
