Chatting with support via TOBi is just a pain. TOBi constantly slows down, restarts, resets the typed text. If you switch to another application, and return a second later, it will twitch, reboot and lag, delete the old text, and let you enter a new message only after 10 seconds. Shame on the developers who made this widget so useless and poor.

I can't use this at all. I can't access the page for the products, which the website says I must do in order to purchase the fibra service... it does seem like the cheapest & best option but I might have to choose another company because they've made it impossible

The application is slow, user interference looks very outdated. And for 2 years I can not add new bank card via Pago fácil. Application says that bank had declined, but no request to the bank is sending. So I do this via web site, via website works properly
