Don't waste your time with this app. Just schedule an appointment and go in. This app and the website are both useless. I've been trying to change my address which it says you can do. However when going through the options it just keeps circling back through them and you never get anywhere. On the website it will duplicate a new browser and then tell YOU "it seems you have duplicated the browser please don't do that". All I want to do is change my existing ga address to a new ga address!

Set up my account, checked my email for confirmation that the account was set up properly, then tried to login. Unable to login. Keep getting the error message that two-factor authorization is not enabled on my account. The message instructs me to login to my e-services account to change the settings. Uh, HELLO??? How am I supposed to login and change the settings IF YOU WON'T LET ME LOGIN?? I've come across some crazy stuff before, but this one is ridiculous. Nice to see tax dollars at work.

The app needs work (I mean the last update was July 2019). I like how there's an option to do certain things without having to login. The issue that (MANY) people have is that, there is an error message that pops up, and when you hit "Dismiss", it closes out EVERYTHING. All I need to do is pay a fee, and I've had to restart THREE times because of that message. Fixing that would be a BIG help.
