Very slow response, no matter what you want to do (registration, checking time timetable, choosing language display...). And very poor interface for registration for non-Turkish / tourists. For example, for registration of your telephone number, you have to scroll through the whole list of country codes instead of having the chance to type the number by yourself. It asks for your job: why does a bus app need to know that? And the names of different profession in the list are all in Turkish.

Completely useless. Adds random extra passengers. Form validation is broken. Payment doesn't work. The app is just a web view of the (also broken) website. The email line adds an '@' character at the end of the line and it's hard to delete it. There are two different selectors for gender depending on whether it's passenger 1 or 2. The second one doesn't work. Whoever made this needs a new job, it's absolutely useless. This is the main airport transit link for a major city. It's nuts.

Inputted the data (nationality, passport, DOB) for four people. The app responded there was an error. Tried again, inputting all required information. Failed again. Paid with card on the bus instead. The app did allow me decide which was the best stop for us, so thanks for that 😉
