About this app

The Telemach application allows you to quickly and easily:
- management of all numbers in one place
- consumption monitoring
- checking the remaining minutes, messages or data traffic in the package or additional option
- paying bills and downloading bills in pdf format
- change of package and activation of additional options
- checking the bonus euro balance
- buying vouchers for yourself or someone else.

Notes:

- The application can be used by all Telemach private and business users, as well as voucher users.
- When downloading the application from the Google Play store, data transfer is charged according to the data transfer prices of your package, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- When using the application, data transfer is not charged, if you are connected to the Telemach network.
- If you use the application abroad (roaming), data transfer is charged according to the prices valid for your package

Ratings and reviews

The desktop site no longer works, so I downloaded this app. The app doesn't allow me to view my billing statements. It doesn't allow me to actually request email statements. When I want to pay the bill using the app, I cannot select that I have agreed to the privacy statement but cannot proceed to the payment screen without the prior step. Now I have an outstanding debt, no way of accessing my billing statement and an app that doesn't allow me to pay the bill. Usless.

Very disappointing app, like it's from previous century. I add money, you take it from my bank account and 10 minutes later it's still not on my telemach account. This should be done within seconds in 2023! Wake up Telemach and embrace the future or at least the present. Otherwise, the app is usable at very basic functions it has, but every thing you want to do just takes too much hassle.

Since the latst version the app doesn't work when on mobile data. It just says there's no internet connection. Otherwise the app actually became more useful which I didn't expect after all these years. Just please return dark mode
