Ratings and reviews

I am unable to log in to this app after multiple attempts, and the customer service executives are not addressing my complaint. As a result, I have been misled into recharging for extra months. A message box always appears after logging in, and once you click 'OK,' the app automatically closes.

Not happy with customer care services. Unable to download invoice from app. Tried to login from website I Got the OTP but after entering it it says wrong OTP. These are basic things still they are not able to make it.

What a waste app. I don't know what are the developers doing. It takes forever to get the otp. And the app closes itself I don't know for what reason. Even tried with email login and it doesn't work too. Either the management or the developers are retarded. Fix this and I will reconsider my review.
