I'm extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with BHIM UPI Lite. After reinstalling the app, my UPI Lite wallet, which had a balance of ₹800, is no longer visible. This is incredibly frustrating as I had intended to use the funds for daily transactions. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out to customer support have been unsuccessful. The support channel seems to be automated, and there's no option to speak to a human representative. This lack of personalized assistance.

It's a good app as far as Made in India is concerned. But to make it great a few functionalities need to be added. It does not a option to search previous payments done by keyword which is a huge drawback as one to to keep scrolling manually to find the payment receipt It does not have the option to pay again to same UPI ID. One has to scan again or select the mobile number again if repeat payment has to be done. Please add atleast these 2 more basic functions in App.

It shows that a pin has been set for my sbi account. But when I try to view my balance it says upi pin has not been set. Update: works fine for all other bank accounts. Simple neat and easy to use interface. Only issue is the app asking for the app password multiple times after logging in.
