Ratings and reviews

The price isn't bad to eliminate the ads, but there are too many pop-ups for mini games/tournaments I don't care about. I just want to solve puzzles. Also, the vocabulary is too selective. Sometimes, a scientific or mathematical term is required. Or a slang word, old English, or a "common mispelling." It annoys me when it won't count a real word. Might be why 99.31% don't reach Uruguay. I didn't like the bonus word feature at first, but I guess I wouldn't want the word "rape" stuck on my screen.

I really enjoyed this game until the latest update. I reached out to customer service and no response. I completely lost everything now due to uninstalling and reinstalling the app as per your instructions on the app. The only way to log in is through FB which I will not do. The app freezes, the lines drag and remain on the screen after you have selected a word. I have to close out the app and restart it every 2-3 words. Thanks for your help!

Finally deleting due to incessant ads. If I have to see one more Snapchat minute and 30 seconds add, I can't take it. It's a good game. I like the challenges. They have some great features. It gets harder as you go on. What I hate is the fact that they have a lot of ads and of course, the ads go on for way too long. I don't mind 10 to 15 second clips but their ads go on for minutes at a time and I end up shutting the app. So I'm removing two stars for that
