The latest update has made the app too worst. I have been using this app since 2022 Sep and placed numerous orders almost every week. Yesterday, I placed an order at 10pm with id:-16820 and kept the delivery slot at 11am -12 pm today. There was no response till 1pm today(6th July) and when I asked the Callsupport about the status, they told that my order will be delivered within 2pm. But after sometime when I told them that I want to cancel the order, they simply told that they will cancel it.

Awful experience this is the worst app ever seen... If there is zero star, i will give that I paid nearly 5000 rupees and the things which i choose still in cart, i called customer care and they told there was an issue with their app. So they can't deliver the things, and I have to wait for 5 days to get my money back It's been 12 days , didn't get my money back, which is 5k Worst maintenance and worst management After 3 customer care calls also, no response

If you don't know how to run Application stop the application for emergency purpose will keeping order and for long 2 hrs order was not delivered nor any notification about delay of order if called to customer care where is my order yes yes it will be delivered in half an hour but not delivered!!! Worst app and Worst customer care service
