The Asset Inventory and Approval application provides users with the following features:
Features for asset inventory users:
- Allows users to scan QR codes to look up product information quickly and accurately.
- Check the asset list by inventory status (Inventoryed/Not inventoried) or by asset status.
- Perform asset inventory, update product status and automatically synchronize inventory results into the system.
- Record asset inventory records, allow users to browse and approve after completing the inventory work.
Features for approval users:
- Allows users to approve proposal documents, transfer documents, purchase requests, supplier approvals, purchase orders, contracts and advance and payment vouchers.
- Allows users to reject approval, download attachments of categories.
