Disgusting. I payed for my card in February and arrived just couple of days ago, which means, September. . The app doesn't open. Received funds but not in the account yet. Overall, terrible card, terrible site. No more. I am afraid to receive more money on it. Still waiting for my money to arrive in my account. Not recommended. No more payments on this card.

I loaded find with 60 euro with Neosurf tickets, but my balance still zero. Was it stolen? I contacted the service number but it doesn’t call. Are you sure you put the right number? I thought I'm use this card easily and pay normally but it is not how I thought it would be.

The app is not working. Can't login plus 10 Eur deposit not showing on my balance. No money, no card and they ask me to deposit more money. Now app is Uninstalled and next step closing account. Very bad.
