The fairy tales is a collection of fairy tales translated by Carlo Collodi for the publisher Paggi di Firenze, and published in 1875. It contains the Italian adaptation of the nine famous fairy tales Charles Perrault contained in "the stories of mother the goose", together with four of Madame d'Aulnoy and two of Madame Leprince de Beaumont .
