*We cannot accept driver's licenses or My Number cards that are invalid as identification documents, such as expired or incomplete address/name change procedures.
We may refuse to open an account based on our comprehensive judgment.
If we are unable to open an account, we will contact you using the email address you entered during application.
◆You can open an account at a store near your home address or work address.
*You cannot use this service if there is no store near where you live or work.
◆After completing your application, your account will be opened the next business day at the earliest, and you will be notified of your account number via push notification on the app.
Additionally, you will receive your Yokohama Bank Card in approximately 2 to 3 weeks (in the case of a cash card, it will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks).

◆Use of this app is free. However, using and downloading the app will incur separate communication charges, which will be borne by the customer (additional communication charges incurred due to version upgrades or reconfiguration due to the app not working properly) (including).
◆When using this app, set an "app authentication number (any 4-8 digit number)" to authenticate the customer. Please manage your application verification number strictly at your own risk to prevent it from being known or stolen by a third party.
◆The period during which deposit and withdrawal details can be viewed using this app is up to 10 years for web accounts (accounts without passbook) and up to 6 months for passbook accounts. However, if the number of items exceeds 1,000, only the most recent 1,000 items can be displayed.
*〈Hamagin〉 Statements prior to the date of initial registration for MyDirect or the date of addition of a service account, and statements prior to September 2019 cannot be inquired.
◆If you do not have a Hamagin My Direct (Internet Banking) contract when you register to use Hamagin 365, you will be able to inquire about statements from the 1st of the month before the inquiry date.
◆You can check the deposit/withdrawal details of your savings account and card loan account from the 1st of the month before the inquiry date.
◆Memos entered in the deposit/withdrawal details will be deleted after the inquiry period has elapsed.
◆Push notifications are not real-time, so there may be a time lag. Please be sure to check the latest deposit and withdrawal details on the account details screen of this app.
