About this app

Among the Smartro VMS functions, the main functions provided on mobile devices are as follows.
You can handle tasks performed at the franchise site, such as inquiry of franchise information, inquiry of franchise transaction details, VAT transmission, after-sales service management, and franchise terminal upgrade functions.
Additionally, in order to use this app, you must first go through MOTP authentication to log in.

* You can use it in both Wi-Fi and data network environments, but data charges may apply depending on the rate policy of the telecommunication company you subscribe to.

[App access permission information]

In accordance with Article 22-2 (Consent to Access Rights) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and its Enforcement Decree, we provide information on the access rights required to provide VMS services as follows.
[Required access rights]
- Storage space, media: STMS ROM version download and file attachment
- Camera: Reading barcode and filming a copy of contract
- Telephone: Telephone connection to customer center and major organizations

[Optional access rights]
- Notification: Notification of information such as notices
- Location: Check the location of affiliated stores around me and check the location of order execution

※ You can use the service even if you do not agree to granting optional access rights, but there may be restrictions on the use of some necessary functions.

※ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower, all required access rights may be applied without optional access rights. In this case, you must check whether the smartphone's operating system can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher, upgrade it, and then delete and reinstall the app you have already installed to set access rights properly.
