ok, no English. but the screenshots are disabled?? two star because another options to submit a customs clearance form are even worse: web site from 2004 request an suspicious software to install, file with form is saved in some local proprietary format, paper mail with the form was delivered after I finally submit this app form.

I wonder as to why South Korea would like to complicate online shopping by introducing this frustrating app; as a foreigner, you will never get registered thru it. One of the things that have made me frustrated with Korea is the mobile phone verification requirement - which of course will never be successful. The app is not user friendly with foreigners!

The app is incredibly painful to use as a foreigner. The fact that there is no support for foreign languages on an app that is focused on international goods is astonishingly short-sighted. And even worse, you cannot even take screenshots in the app to send to Papago for translation. The foreign user experience is horrendous. It should be, in my opinion, a point of shame for Korean Customs that this issue has been mentioned and begged for for years but never properly fixed.
