I've had this app for about 6 months, and purchased the forever subscription. I highly recommend it, you can text with your child, see where they are on a very accurate map, send signal to find a lost phone, and check sounds around the child. I've never had any issues with it. I transfered it to my new phone and had a little difficulty logging in. I sent the tech support an email, and they updated my app with the current info within the hour. Excellent customer service, great app for parents.

I tried to use a trial subscription for 7 days. They charged for 1 year and can't refund. Additionally the application is very unstable and slow when I use any functionality from menu. Even screen to chat with support just freeze from time to time. I suppose it's better to avoid this app.

Do not get this app if more than one parent would like to use this app to watch their children. You will have to pay a subscription for each parent.
