They are fast and feel like a good ride. I also didn't have issues with it starting on me. When I pushed off to get going and squeezed the button it immediately went.

Rented a scooter without realizing it was almost dead. Got far enough away from the return zone that it took significant effort to drag it back with a locked up wheel. Was unable to end the ride and then charged $18 for a ride that ended in the same place it started. This company will con you if there is any connectivity issue.
