The concept is adorable and I love being able to send my boyfriend little love notes, but there was some kind of bug within the app that deemed my box code non-existent so he couldn't send me any in return. We both tried to contact customer support and sent them screenshots (his had a bit more detail admittedly) but after over a week they never followed up with our situation, which is why I'm rating 1 star for poor customer service. Great idea, buggy execution, terrible customer service.

Great concept, terrible execution. The app crashes or freezes all the time. Also, randomly, the app will say my cellphone doesn't recognize the identifying code on the box and has to be reset, which can take multiple attempts. Please improve the software!

Cute concept, extremely poor execution. I was gifted this by my lovely partner, and we set it up almost immediately. First, there are persistent connection issues. Whenever I open the app on my phone to send a message, every second flashes an error message "Oops! An error occurred 😕 Please try again later." While this error message appears, I cannot send a message. The only way to send is to turn off wifi and connect to cellular data. Second, the image editing options are limiting (cont.)
