The app is really good, most of the restaurants available in this app have no shipping costs (if you live near enough) and they repeatable use, not a first time use for new users. The only complaints I have is the accuracy of the opening and closing times. A lot of the cafes I've ordered ends up being closed. Oh and for those of you who are wondering. Despite being smaller than most of its competitors, this app is extremely active and finds a shipper almost immediately after requesting.

The shipping fee is always 0 as long as you are close enough. Most of the time, It is cheaper than other app. The app itself is decent, but they should make the function to view and reorder previous orders more accessible.

I can see noticeable improvements of the app in the last 2 yrs. Agree on the fact that Loship doesn't have a huge base of shippers to compare with Grab/Now, and there are still some bugs here and there, but their resilience in the competitive market and continuous developments are worth giving it more than a try. They are also very down to earth, friendly and supportive when it comes to communications and customer service. Let's support Vietnam startups like Loship to build our next unicorn :)
