Very good Service

بصراحة توقعت ان يكون التطبيق افضل، التطبيق حاليا يعتبر عادي جدا، و هذه اقتراحتي لتحسين التطبيق الحالي اولا توسيع خدمة وان باي، اي بمعنى جعلها تستخدم للدفع فى المحلات و المطاعم و ليس مجرد تحويل فقط ثانيا التركيز على الدعم الفني فى التطبيق لان فريق الدعم يتأخر فى الرد و هذه كارثة ثالثا احيانا تحصل اخطأ غير متوقعة فى التطبيق مثل تعطل الخادم بشكل مفاجئ، و هذا امر يجب الا يحدث فى المصارف و خاصة المصارف الخاصة ارجو قرأة مراجعتي و التفمهم و شكرا على وقتكم و احترامكم
