Today, when the dynamic pace of life all less attention is paid to diet, keeping this in mind, I tried to make a selection of the most economical recipes.
    I want to be useful for quick and easy storage of food Serbian local cuisine with various specialties.
    The recipes are the result of my extensive experience and various combinations of their choice. The long tradition testifies to the value of these dishes and it represents the most fundamental part of our table in which we can rely on each occasion.
    After retirement I wanted to leave the specialties of younger generations in order not to forget old Serbian cuisine.
