Terrible UX, zero support when something goes wrong. the bike i rented turned off shortly after i started the trip even though it said it had battery. the app forced me to carry the bike back to the parking zone to end the trip, with the pedals locked I had to push like a huge boulder. And I paid way too much for this horrible experience. Never again

Hi! If your bike stops working, there's no need to carry it back to the parking station. Just send us an email at support@mercury-e.gr and we will end your ride. Our local partner will collect it. Please leave it somewhere safe.
Unlock another bike to continue your journey, and we will refund all the extra costs to your in-app wallet.

The payment method is that you charge up with fixed prices into a balance. If you have remaining money they are locked in the app. So do not top up more than you expect to use or you will give away your money.

Demands you to add 0.5€ to add a card. You need to have at least 3.5€ to ride. Minimum you can add is 6€. I lost 0.5€ cause I only wanted one ride. Didn't even get to ride.
