視障助乘巴士報站是一套基於感知、精准和個性化的巴士出行服務系統。視障人士等用戶只需打開 “視障助乘巴士報站”APP，同意使用權限手機即會自動定位到周邊的巴士站台。車輛進站時手機會精准提醒用戶，所選定的車輛會個性化語音播報自己的線路名和開往方向。坐車時手機播報途經站點並在到站前提醒。
（1）站台
通過BT4.0技術和GPS技術自動識別讀取身邊巴士站台標識信息，自動讀取進站車輛信息，實現巴士進站語音提醒及車輛進站語音播報提醒。車輛進站後，未聽清信息，可通過搖一搖手機重新識別並播報資訊 ；
（2）到站提醒
視障人士上車后，通過GPS技術獲取用戶當前位置信息，提醒用戶當前所在站點以及距離目的站點剩餘距離，并在到達目的站點后進行播報提示（爲了保證乘車過程中能進行及時的提示，即使應用處於後台時也會始終獲取用戶當前位置信息）。
（3）收藏
根據自己乘坐車輛信息，個性化收藏線路與開往方向，以後用戶在使用時直接點擊收藏線路進入乘車頁面；
（4）查詢
可查詢線路，幫助視障人士等用戶快速找到目標線路。
