With the MoviApp inspection, all relevant relocation data are recorded directly at the customer's site. Address and frame data can either be imported from an offer by MoviNeo or, alternatively, typed in at the customer's site. During the visit, the app distinguishes between different types of relocation, such as Private or office moves. The respective relocation lists can be created individually in the App Portal.

In order not to interrupt the conversation with the customer, the reception of the furniture works quickly and easily with plus and minus buttons. Less common furniture can be added to the standard list at any time simply by tapping the name.

Photos, descriptions and destination and transport information can be added to all furniture. The destination may be the unload address, a warehouse, a disposal yard, or any other address. But furniture can also simply stop. The transport route provides land, air and sea routes as options.

For the discussion at the end of the inspection with the customer and for the later offer creation, MoviApp inspection sums up the volume as well as the required materials and performance times. Customization is possible in the reconciliation overview. The complete list of all removals can be found after all properties such as Destination, transport route or additional work to be filtered.

The data is always cached on the device and later imported directly into an existing or new offer of MoviNeo with available Internet connection.
