Ratings and reviews

Pretty poorly built app. In theory it should have all of the necessary functionally, in practice there's a lot that's broken and when something breaks, it forces you to restart the app to start a process all over again. Something as direct as saving payment information to the account takes multiple steps with random steps (e.g. saving the billing address State) failing forcing the restart of the app.

The app constantly restarts when I click "Book Now" then asks if I want email notifications each time I sign in, with no option to "not ask again". When setting up my attempted reservation I gave my credit card information and it asked if the billing address was the one on file. At no point during the set up did the app ask for my billing/mailing address, so of course it's not on file. You're app is horrible and you've lost my business. I'd rather walk to the station.

It makes no sense that you make a reservation in the app, but the scanners can't read them so you still have to get a ticket and then go to the cashier with both, that's a waste of time. I have never gotten a card from you to scan either. Update your equipment, please! Your shuttle drivers are always top notch and friendly.
