Exceptional service. Forget that it's convenient. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with the support staff. Finally, it's refreshing to see a Dev team that actually cares about user experience. Helped me solve my problem I'm a jiffy with regards to not being able to sign in the app, then proceeded to do a full history check on my account to remove any holds or blocks. Amazing team. Thank you.

Unable to charge using visa , i tried to call many times and no one seems to care , the problem is Charge meter>check>enter amount >continue>all banks>pal banks>then blank page!!!!! I tried using many phones and networks with the same result .

It worked fine until I tried to use it in the United States, it keeps timing out and I keep getting an error and it says that its timing out. I cleared the data and cookies, I removed and installed the app and it's not working
