November 2020 update: I can't log in through the app. It always says "wrong username and/or password". The sort option is not working. Not all is being loaded. Series, that are visible on the website, cannot be found through the app. The alphabet and category filters (available on the website) are not available on the app.

Not surprisingly, poor quality software. Login isn't working, error messages are laughable ("Try it again later"). Definitely needs more work to be taken seriously. No wonder some mobile service providers are offering subscriptions for "free". You get what you pay for.

That's what I call an awful experience. The app is not working as it should. Most of the time I can't login. Too often I'm receiving error messages while trying to load content. I don't recommend. Better use VOYO through a web browser.
