Since the academic year of 2012-2013 the Knaek is available as an app for all student cities as well!

HOW IT WORKS
To use the discounts you need to proof that you are a student by showing your college- or studentcard. Get your discount by clicking on the button 'Use discount'. The discounts are valid during the entire academic year.

App does not work properly (log in issues) and increasing subscription prices on direct debit (without approval of the change). The subscription is automatically extended every year. After cancelling, you have to pay also for an extra month ("notice"). Not recommended for students.

Horrible newsletter, available only in Dutch and most frustrating thing is that they charge you subscription fees without even announcing you or requiring a formal authorization...

It is nothing but a trap for students. It is not possible to cancel the subscription and they keep taking direct debit. I forgot about it until the money is taken from my account. Then I try to cancel but suprise, I cannot even login! So I am paying for a service I cannot even use. Absolutely not worth it, do not fall for this. Customer service is terrible too. They keep telling me the same thing repeatedly and keep blaming me even after a formal complaint.
