Mobile app not functioning properly. Anytime I attempt to put in a request payment options pull up but it will NEVER go through to submitting your request because the payment option does not allow you to either add a card or click next because it says card is already on file but then it doesn't let you submit either way. Extremely frustrating and tempting to find another provider that their app is user friendly. Piss poor app.

Really bad app. It's basically a portal to the website but the orientation hides many of the "submit" and "next" buttons you need to submit a claim. 90% of the time I have to go to the website which defeats the purpose of having the app.

Warning do not pay for this service it is a complete rip-off they will promise you coverage but at the end of the day you'll pay 50% of what it will cost to repair whatever is broken so if your AC goes out and it's $10,000 to replace you expect to be putting $5,000 out of pocket with this warranty after paying the monthly fee which inflates several times a year and having to pay a dispatch fee for a service call and then having the provider's lie to you to get out of having to cover the service
