I solely rely on this app for figuring out which weeks include garbage pickups and which don't, as well as the dates. The notifications are concise and don't bug you with irrelevant information, I rarely have the need to open the app itself. It has other handy features like a search function for items when you're unsure how to dispose of them, but I don't use them and thus can't accurately evaluate them. Personally, I'm happy with the app.

Downgrading this app. I'm now unable to report a missed pick up because the "yes" button to accept the policy is not available for selection (unable to see "yes" tick box) only the "no" is available for selection. I tried horizontal view but the page would not turn. So it's useless for reporting any issue. Even issue with the app which asks the same thing before I can click on "submit" button. I can only report the issue in this section.

Many of the lines in your questionnaire are much too long, even when I turn my phone phone sideways. At the very least, each question should begin on a new line. The display area on my phone is approximately 2.5 inches wide and 5.25 inches tall. So still only 5.25 inches wide if I rotate the phone. Yes, I can scroll horizontally, but I have a newsletter to get out, and this response is only happening because your bad layout was sufficiently annoying.
