About this app
Don't you have any private information by not a text but pictures? For example, your personal social number?
"Photo Secret Masking" provides you with the function of encrypting a piece of pictures into the masked, and decrypting them with authentication code only when you needs.
The encryption is processed with AES key based on your input 4-digit code and the master password input at the installation time.
1. Mask
In the masking mode, you should select the area to hide first.
Then, the dialog is popped up to input 4-digit code for masking.
The area will be masked by encryption with the AES key based on the code and the master password.
You can mask several areas in a picture as you want. Note that two areas overlapping each other can't be always unmaskable.
With the left button, you can revert the last masking operation.
With the center button, you can save the masked picture.
With the right button, you can share the masked picture with other apps.
You can move into this mode not only by the New button in the listing mode, but also by "Send (Share)" to this app:"Mask" from picture management apps, etc.
-- The saved picture is in the PNG format, which has bitwise accuracy.
2. Unmask
In the unmasking mode, you should tap one of the encrypted areas.
Inputting the correct code used for masking the area, you can see a plain unmasked picture.
After unmasking the area, it keeps unmasked while you are touching on the screen. But without touching, the area will turn to be masked again in a few seconds to protect your private information.
You can move into this mode not only by selecting an item in the listing mode, but also by "Send (Share)" to this app:"Unmask" from picture management apps.
3. List
This mode invoked by Launching "Photo Masking".
You can move to the Unmasking picture mode when selecting the item you saved in the past. Long pressing enables you to delete the item.
With the New button, you can invoke the camera app to take a picture to be masked in the masking mode.
