App doesn't work, after installing you have to enter your mail adress to receive a verification code. Entered multiple times never received a code, this means not able to login. All though Tranzer is part of a paid mobility service, allready filed a complaint by that service provider, way paying for something that doesn't work ...

I am sorry to hear that. In the help center section of the app you can send us further information. If you include the email address you are using then we can investigate the reason why you cannot receive the code.

Tried to use this app in Amsterdam, was going to use it for bus tickets but i saw they charge a high service fee and i could just pay on the bus with credit card and without any service fee. Then when my uber wasnt working i tried to use Tranzer to order a taxi and it said it would arrive in 6 minutes but taxi never showed up so after 25 mins i took a bus. The app had already taken my money and showed no way to contact the taxi company. After contacting their support they refunded the money

Had to look several minutes for the ticket I just bought. Other apps like this usually show the ticket right after purchase. This one is rather hidden in a not very obvious place. They also charge you a pretty high fee for each ticket!
